Program Integrator
Position Description: Under the direction of the Director of Programs and Contracts, the Program Integrator is responsible for coordinating and integrating the activities and outputs of multiple projects within a program. The Program Integrator ensures that the projects are aligned with the program’s objectives, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Location: This is a full-time position located in Anchorage, Alaska. Alaska hire preferred, although remote applicants will be considered.
91ַ (ALS): 91ַ is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alaska Aerospace, established to provide low cost, highly reliable launch services on a contract basis to both government and commercial space launch customers worldwide. The company is headquartered in Anchorage, Alaska, co-located with Alaska Aerospace.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, technical memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
2. Provide financial and summary reports at the program level and assist with the allocation and tracking of resources; recommend funding adjustments as appropriate (contract staffing, facilities, and budgets).
3. Provide support to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines. Utilize program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Excel) to assist AAC with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting of all program details (e.g., spend plans), for both current year (FY) and out-years.
4. Assist program managers in developing program and acquisition documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams.
5. Provide assistance in acquisition process improvement initiatives.
6. Provide oversight and compliance review of program documentation at all levels of preparation.
7. Create reports to support program management function.
8. Ensure timely completion of Customer activities and requests.
9. Manage monthly status reports, meeting notes, and other program documents.
10. Coordinate with stakeholders for funding and requirements collection.
11. Ability to conduct cross-program analysis to help with the creation of execution reports and the response to Investment Portfolio activities.
12. All other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Ability to conduct cross-program analysis to help with the creation of execution reports and the response to Investment Portfolio activities.
- Experience outlining results of analysis and current state of the program and portfolio.
- Must be experience in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience tracking and documenting progress of initiatives, programs and/or portfolio.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/MS Excel.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization.
- Well-developed time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential matters in a mature and responsible manner.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) secret security clearance.
- Background check and drug screen required.
- Willing and able to work extended hours, overtime, and on weekends, as required.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:
- Experience in DoD program management, contract management and/or financial management.
- PMP or CPCM preferred.

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Compensation
A competitive salary and benefits package, determined upon experience level of individual, will be negotiated after an offer to hire has been given. Salary range for this position is $93,399.00 – $126,089.00 per year DOE.
